How to order

Place your order by phone on 07725 149 428, email us at mail@heavenisacupcake.net, or use the enquiry form.

Please give at least 48hrs notice for 'Classic' and 'Divine' cupcakes and at least 5 days for custom cupcakes (more if possible).

Delivery

Free delivery for orders of £25.00 or more within 5 miles of St Albans (AL4 9PE). For other orders delivery is available for a cost of 50p per mile for the round trip. Of course you can always pick your order up for free! For more information or delivery further afield, please get in touch.

Gifts

Cupcakes make the perfect gift. If you would like to order a box of cupcakes as a gift for someone and would like to include a gift card (for a charge of 50p) please let me know.

Stand Hire

Stand hire is available for an additional cost (prices start from £10.00 for a basic stand). A £40.00 refundable deposit is required which will be refunded to you on return of stand within 3 days of the event. If the stand is not returned you will be charged a daily fee of £5.00 per day or charged for the price of the stand.

*Please be aware that products contain dairy and gluten (unless specified). Although every attempt is made to ensure the products are free from nuts there is a small possibility that some of the cakes may contain nuts. For special dietary requirements please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Once cupcakes have been delivered I am not responsible for any cupcake mishaps (e.g. dropped or not correctly stored).
